City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on February 22, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Roberta Duroe, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Curt Determan, Sheila Ryker, Sharen Goeman, Clerk, Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the January 26, 2016 meeting were approved as read.

Mindy Carter resigned from her position. The council discussed other possibilities.

Mike Burkhardt will be present at the next council meeting on March 14th to present the 2015 audit.

The clerk presented a quote from ICitizen for a server and setup for the office computers. Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote.

Delinquent water accounts were discussed. Elementary school playground equipment was discussed.
Chairs for groups that use city hall were discussed.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Duroe to pay the bills and approve the financial report, unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:07 p.m. having no further business.
