City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on June 28, 2010 at 7:00 PM at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins; Council members: Curt Johnson, Roberta Duroe, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Curt Determan; Lance Holmen, Maintenance; Sharen Goeman, Clerk.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes of the June 14, 2010 meeting were approved as read.

Change Order #1, Directing Svoboda Excavating, Inc. to make changes in the Contract.

Motion Determan, second Duroe, unanimous vote to approve Change Order #1.

A building permit for a resident’s property to construct a ramp to their residence was reviewed. Motion Dorr-Jones, second Johnson, unanimous vote pending the Zoning Administrator’s approval.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Duroe, unanimous vote to pay all bills and approve the financial report.

Motion Johnson, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn the meeting having no further business at 8:35 p.m.
