City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in regular session on February 13, 2017. Present Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Shawna Dorr-Jones, Curt Determan, Sheila Ryker, Jed Rhubee, Sharen Goeman, Clerk/Treasurer, Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins call the meeting to order at 7 p.m. The minutes from January 23, 2017 were approved as read.

A house on Whited Street was discussed.

Liquor licensing was discussed. The clerk reported information from the League of MN Cities.

Lance has new swings to install at the city park and banners for street lights was discussed. The clerk will check into insurance cost for the Jeffers school building.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Rhubee, unanimous vote to approve the financial report and pay the bills.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:18 p.m. having no further business.
