City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on December 11 , 2017. Present: Mayor Brad Prins; Council members: Jed Rhubee, Curt Determan; Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sheila Ryker. Sharen Goeman, Clerk and Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. The minutes from November 27, 2017 were approved as read.

Visitor: John Garritsen

Garritsen presented a letter from State Farm Insurance stating that his dog has coverage anywhere in the city.

Discussion was held regarding 308 N. Deaver Avenue.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan unanimous vote to approve a 2% pay increase for city staff.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to pay all bills and approve the financial report.

Motion Ryker, Second Determan unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. having no further business.
