City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in regular session on June 25, 2018 at Jeffers City Hall. Present Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Curt Determan, Sharen Goeman, Clerk, Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. The minutes from June 11, 2018 were approved as read.

Motion to appoint Jacob Barlow to the city council to fill the seat left vacant by Jed Rhubee. Barlow will complete Rhubees term which ends December 31, 2019. Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan. 2 voted aye and 1 ney. Motion carried.

Discussion was held regarding purchasing new pumps.

Motion Dorr-Jones to pay all bills and approve the financial reports. Unanimous vote. Motion Ryker, second Determan to adjourn at 8:30 p.m. having no further business.
