Concerned citizens have inquired about why residents who shut their water off for the winter need to continue to pay the line charge of $10 per month. The council restated that many other cities in the area have been using this method for years and the $10 fee per month is necessary to keep the water fund sustainable.
Lance will purchase a new tarp for the ice rink and speakers for the city truck. Red Rock Rural Water will tentatively start the switch over next week.
Motion Determan, second Ryker, unanimous vote to pay all bills and approve the financial report.
Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:55 p.m. having no further business.
