The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on February 24, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Jacob Barlow, Shawna Dorr-Jones. Peggy Hubley, Assistant Clerk, Lance Holmen, Maintenance. Absent: Sheila Ryker, Curt Determan.
Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the January 27, 2020 meeting were approved as read.

Dorr-Jones made a motion to put the question of allowing the Sale of Liquor on Sunday on the Primary Election ballot on August 11, 2020. Barlow seconded, Unanimous vote
There was discussion on replacing the carpet, repairing the flooring by the entry door, replacing the counter and replacing the lighting in the Clerks Office.
There was discussion on replacing the door opener at the water plant and fixing a leaning light pole near Millers Repair.
The Board of Review will be May 6, 2020 at 5:00.
Motion Dorr-Jones, second Barlow, unanimous vote to pay all bills and approve the financial report.
Motion Barlow, second Dorr-Jones, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:20 p.m.
