City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on November 23, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.

Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Sheila Ryker, Curt Determan, Sharen Goeman, Clerk, Lance Holmen, Maintenance Absent: Jake Barlow and Shawna Dorr-Jones

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from the October 26, 2020 meeting were approved as read.

RESOLUTION #2020-10 AUTHORIZING TRANSFERRING OF FUNDS

Transfer of funds to synchronize accounting and budgeting procedures to transfer $25,000 from the general fund to the water fund and $5,000 from the general fund to the fire fund.

Second: Determan
Unanimous vote.

Holmen reported on the insulating of the water plant. The grader is repaired. Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to pay all bills.

Motion Ryker, second Determan to adjourn at 8 p.m. having no further business.
