City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on January 25, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Council members: Sheila Ryker, Curt Determan, Shawna Dorr-Jones. Sharen Goeman, Clerk.

Absent: Mayor Brad Prins, Council member: Jacob Barlow, Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Pro-Tem Determan called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the January 11, 2021 meeting were approved as read.

The council discussed recent complaints of go-carts and dirt bikes driving recklessly down streets and alleyways within city limits.

The clerk will check with the city attorney regarding options.

Resolution #2021-05 Transferring of Funds to synchronize accounting and budgeting procedures was reviewed.

Adopted: Dorr-Jones Seconded: Ryker
Unanimous vote.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker to pay all bills and approve the financial reports, unanimous vote. Motion Ryker, second Dorr-Jones unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:25 p.m. with no further business.
