City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on February 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Sheila Ryker, Curt Determan, Jacob Barlow, Lance Holmen, Maintenance, Absent: Sharen Goeman, Clerk, Council member: Shawna Dorr-Jones.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the January 25, 2021 meeting were approved as read.

The council discussed recent complaints of go-carts and dirt bikes driving recklessly down streets and alleyways within city limits.

The building permit form was discussed.

Lance reported that the spray foam was completed at the water plant. Lance will foam board the side walls.

A water main break was repaired.

Sandy has requested a partition for between the seats when she transports dogs. She will look for something and let the city know.

Motion Determan, second Barlow to pay all bills and approve the financial reports, unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan vote to adjourn at 7:43 p.m. with no further business.
