City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on August 23, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sharen Goeman, clerk.

Absent: Jacob Barlow, Curt Determan, Lance Holmen, maintenance.
Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the August 9, 2021, meeting was approved as read.

A building permit for a cement drive was reviewed. Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker, unanimous vote pending Lances signature. Prins abstained. Motion Determan, second Ryker, to pay all bills, unanimous vote.

Street sweeping was discussed. The new city sign has been ordered.

Badger meter will be coming in September to switch the transmitted on the water tower for the new Beacon software.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker, unanimous vote to pay all bills.

Motion Ryker, second Dorr-Jones, unanimous vote to adjourn having no further business at 7:45 p.m.
