City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on October 25, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.

Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Curt Determan, Sharen Goeman, clerk. Lance Holmen, maintenance. Absent council member Jacob Barlow.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the October 11, 2021, meeting were approved as read.

Visitor: Mark Meier Jeffers Fire Department

Motion Determan, second Ryker, unanimous vote to approve the Auto Signature for payroll.

Lance reported quotes on Pipe Inspection camera.

Motion Ryker, second Dorr-Jones, unanimous vote to purchase Vevor 150 ft Pipe Inspection Drain/Sewer Camera for $599.99 plus counter.

A new breaker box was installed at the ponds.

Mark Meier was present to inform the council about the annual requirements for the fire department. That is all members must be present for 50% of the calls and 50% of the meetings.

The doors at the fire hall need attention.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to pay all bills.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:15 p.m. having no further business.
