City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on July 25, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sheila Ryker, Curt Determan Sharen Goeman, Clerk, Absent: Council member: Jacob Barlow; Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the July 11, 2022, meeting was approved as read.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker, unanimous vote to approve a building permit on Whited Street.
RESOLUTION #2022-05 APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE AUGUST 9, 2022, PRIMARY AND THE NOVEMBER 1, 2022, GENERAL ELECTION, DESIGNATING POLLING PLACE AND SETTING OF POLLING HOURS
Adopted: Ryker Second: Dorr-Jones Unanimous vote.

A letter will be sent regarding burning of garbage within city limits. Motion to pay all bills Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:40p.m. with no further business.
