City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on November 28, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sheila Ryker. Sharen Goeman, Clerk.
Lance Holmen, Maintenance. Absent - Council Members: Curt Determan, Jacob Barlow.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Minutes from the November 14, 2022, meeting was approved as read.

Lance, zoning officer, reported on a discussion with the City Attorney.

The clerk will call the county about several properties in town regarding back taxes.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker to approve cigarette, liquor, and pool table licenses for 2023.
Unanimous vote.

Pickleball courts were discussed.

Discussion was held regarding unlicensed semis in town.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker, unanimous vote to pay the bills.

Motion Ryker, second Dorr-Jones, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:56 p.m. having no further business.
