City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on April 10, 2023, at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Curt Determan, Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones. Sharen Goeman, Clerk. Absent: Council member: Jacob Barlow; Lance Holmen, Maintenance. Visitor: Paul Burkhardt

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from the March 27, 2023, meeting was approved as read.

Paul Burkhardt presented the 2022 Financial Statement for the City of Jeffers.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Ryker, unanimous vote to approve the audit for 2022.

The Board of Review for the City of Jeffers is set for Wednesday, May 3, 2023 at 5 p.m.

Letters will be sent to city residents who have accumulated garbage in their yards.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan to pay all bills. Unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:08p.m. with no further business.
