City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on May 8, 2023, at 7 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Curt Determan, Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sharen Goeman, Clerk.

Absent: Lance Holmen, Maintenance

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from the April 24, 2023, meeting was approved as read.

Discussion was held regarding the meeting with the grant writers on Thursday, May 4th.

Adopted: Determan Second: Ryker
Unanimous vote

ACCEPT RESIGNATION AND DECLARING A
  The clerk will send a letter to a resident who has left their parked car on the wrong side of the street for an extended period.
 
Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to approve the financial reports and pay all bills.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:10 p.m. with no further business.
