City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on June 26, 2023, at 7 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Curt Determan, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sharen Goeman, Clerk, Sheila Ryker, Mike Schoper, Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Michael Nowitzki, Emily Brinkman, ISG Engineering

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from the June 5, 2023, meeting was approved as read.

ISG Engineering presented what their firm can do for the city of Jeffers on an as needed basis. MN Department of Health is requiring all cities to remove all lead pipes. Their firm can help with grants for this process.

Motion Determan, second Schoper, unanimous vote to name ISG Engineering its on-call Engineering firm.

Lance presented a proposal for the tennis and basketball courts to crack fill and level of $5,520.
The clerk will contact Schramel Law for some legal matters.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to pay all bills.

Motion Ryker, second Schoper, unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:45 p.m. having no further business.
