City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on March 11, 2024, at 7:00
p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Curt
Determan, Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Michael Schoper, Sharen
Goeman, Clerk. Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from the February
26, 2024, meeting was approved as read.

The Board of Appeal meeting has been set for Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 5
p.m. at city hall. The clerk will check with council members expiration dates.

Jeffers Drayline will take down the house at 102 W. Scott Street.
The resident with unlicensed pickups on property will have them removed by
May 1st.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan to pay all bills and approve the financial
report, unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:45 p.m.
having no further business.
