City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on March 25, 2024, at 7:00
p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Curt
Determan, Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Michael Schoper, Sharen
Goeman, Clerk. Absent: Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from the March 11,
2024, meeting was approved as read.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Schoper, unanimous vote to adopt RESOLUTION
#2024-03 IN THE MATTER OF THE ORDERLY ANNEXATION BETWEEN
THE CITY OF JEFFERS AND AMBOY TOWNSHIP PURSUANT TO
MINNESOTA STATUTES 414.0325.

The clerk submitted bills for payment check #3295E  #3297E and check
#23305 - #23342.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan to pay all bills and approve the financial
report, unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:38 p.m.
having no further business.
