City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in a REGULAR session on October 28, 2024, at
7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Sheila
Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones, Curt Determan, Michael Schoper; Sharen Goeman,
Clerk. Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

The council discussed increasing the water rate due to the fact that Red Rock
Rural water is increasing its rate. Discussion was tabled until the next
meeting.

The street sweeper will be coming this week.

SC Electric will be replacing the lights at the city park shelter due to vandalism
of the previous lights.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan unanimous vote to pay the bills and
approve the financial report. CK# 00331E and CK# 023565-023575.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:35 p.m.
having no further business.
