City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

Jeffers City Council met in the REGULAR session on February 24, 2025, at 7 p.m. at City Hall.

Present: Mayor Brad Prins; Council members: Sheila Ryker, Michael Schoper. Lance
Holmen, Maintenance; Sharen Goeman, Clerk . Absent: Council: Curt Determan, Shawna
Dorr-Jones.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. Minutes from February 10, 2025, meeting
was approved as read.

A dog complaint was discussed. Mayor Prins will speak with the party involved.
Discussion was held on the fire hall funding progress. The clerk reported that the auditors
will be in house on March 14, 2025; to conduct the audit and it will be presented April 14,
2025.

Motion Schoper, second Ryker, unanimous vote to approve all bills and the financial report.

Motion Ryker, second Schoper, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:33p.m. having no further
business.
