City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on March 23, 2026, at 7 p.m. at City
Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Curt Determan, Shawna Dorr-
Jones, Sheila Ryker, Michael Schoper. Sharen Goeman, Clerk. Lance Holmen,
Maintenance .

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m. Minutes from March 9,
2026,meeting were approved as read.

The clerk reported that the Board of Review will take place on Wednesday, April 29,
2026, at 5 p.m. at city hall.

Discussion was held on several properties in town.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to pay the bills and approve
the financial report.

Motion Ryker, second Determan, unanimous vote to adjourn at 7:33 p.m. having no
further business.
