City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on April 13, 2026, at 7 p.m. at City
Hall. 

Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sheila
Ryker, Michael Schoper. Absent: Council Member Curt Determan. Sharen Goeman,
Clerk. Lance Holmen, Maintenance .

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m. Minutes from March 23, 2026,
meeting were approved as read.

It was reported that the flag at City Hall should be replaced.

A discussion on garbage blowing around town.

Mayor Prins has been working with Morton building people on a plan for the fire
department building.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Schoper, unanimous vote to pay the bills and approve the
financial report.

Motion Ryker, second Schoper, unanimous vote to adjourn having no further
business.
