City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on March 28, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.  Present:  Mayor Brad Prins, Council members:  Roberta Duroe, , Curt Determan, Sheila Ryker; Lance Holmen, Maintenance; Sharen Goeman, Clerk.  Absent:  Shawna Dorr-Jones

Mayor Brad Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.  Minutes of the March 14, 2011 meeting were approved as read.

The Clerk presented a breakdown of the General Obligation Improvement Bonds and MN PFA Loan Combined schedules received from Ehler & Associates, Inc.  After review and discussion the paving and Woodman Street water main discussion was tabled.

The clerk was instructed to send a letter to a resident regarding burning garbage in a burn barrel.

Discussion was held on the ice/snow removal agreement with the county for CSAH 32. The discussion was tabled until later in the year.

Motion Duroe, second Ryker, unanimous vote to approve the financial report and pay all bills.

Motion Ryker, second Determan unanimous vote to adjourn at 8:27 p.m. having no further business.
