City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on June 22, 2026, at 7 p.m. at City Hall. 

Present:

Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Shawna Dorr-Jones, Michael Schoper, Curt Determan .
Sharen Goeman, Clerk. Absent: Council: Sheila Ryker, Lance Holmen, Maintenance.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m. Minutes from June 10, 2026, meeting were
approved as read.

Ordinance violations were discussed. A request to order a new pickle ball net for the park was
made.

The mayor reported that the Jeffers Senior Center inquired about assistance with ash tree removal.
Currently, there are no programs for this.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan unanimous vote to pay the bills and approve the financial
report.

Motion Schoper, second Determan to adjourn at 7:45 p.m. having no further business.
