City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on July 26, 2026, at 7 p.m. at City Hall. 

Present:

Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Shawna Dorr-Jones, Sheila Ryker, Michael Schoper, Sharen Goeman, Clerk. Lance Holmen, Maintenance. Absent: Curt Determan, Council member.

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:00p.m. Minutes from July 13, 2026, meeting were approved as read.
A building permit to build a deck and expand a driveway for Jan Wilson was reviewed.

Motion
Schoper, second Ryker, unanimous vote to approve the permit.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Schoper, unanimous vote to cancel the council meeting on August 10,2026.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Schoper unanimous vote to pay the bills and approve the financial report.

Motion Ryker, second Schoper to adjourn at 7:15 p.m. having no further business.
