City of Jeffers - City Council Meeting

The Jeffers City Council met in REGULAR session on October 8, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Present: Mayor Brad Prins, Council members: Roberta Duroe, Curt Determan, Sheila Ryker, Shawna Dorr-Jones; Lance Holmen, Maintenance, Absent: Sharen Goeman, Clerk

Mayor Prins called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Minutes from the September 24, 2012 meeting were approved as read.

According to the Clerk’s notes, she spoke with the City Attorney and a disorderly conduct ordinance is already in place for the City of Jeffers.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to place a CD with Edward Jones for 6 months.

The ambulance financial report and reimbursements were reviewed by the council. Motion Dorr-Jones, second Determan, unanimous vote to accept the report and reimbursements.

Lance put up the new street signs that were missing. Woodman paving is now complete.

Motion Dorr-Jones, second Duroe to pay all bills and approve the financial report, unanimous vote.

Motion Ryker, second Determan to adjourn at 8:30 p.m. having no further business, unanimous vote.
